Chief Process Engineer

1. Education background: graduate degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;
2. Work experience: more than 10 years of work experience in the field of large metal structure process; have in-depth understanding of production process and process principles;
3. Technical knowledge: familiar with the technological process of the industry (blanking, sheet metal, welding, heat treatment, machining, painting, etc. and at least two), familiar with the preparation of relevant work instructions for products, the formulation of production process, the formulation of working hours quota, and the design of tooling and fixtures;
4. Comprehensive ability: strong overall planning ability and communication and coordination ability; Strong internal drive.

1. Familiar with welding standards and ISO3834 welding quality system;
2. Hold International Welding Engineer Qualification Certificate (IWE);
3. At least 5 years working experience in welding parts of large steel structure.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, material forming and control engineering;
2, can skillfully operate Pro/e, CAD, SolidWorks and other office software;
3. At least 2 years working experience in large steel structure welding industry.

1. Education background: Education and professional requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and automation;
2. Working experience: more than 2 years experience in wind power, engineering machinery, tunnel excavation industry procurement, process or sales;
3. Professional skills: with marketing, mechanical processing, basic financial knowledge;
4. Comprehensive ability: strong negotiation ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and learning ability.

1. Education background: graduate degree or above, mechanical related major;
2. Work experience: 7 years or above quality related work experience in large structural parts manufacturing enterprises, 3 years or above quality management work experience;
3. Technical knowledge: experience in overall quality planning, familiar with advanced quality management tools;
4. Comprehensive ability: strong overall planning ability and communication and coordination ability; Strong internal drive.

1, more than three years of mechanical manufacturing industry process, system, SQE quality engineer related work experience;
2, familiar with data analysis and statistical methods, can skillfully operate the new and old quality control seven methods;
3, familiar with the industry process, quality system requirements supplier management experience.

1, can correctly identify the mechanical manufacturing drawings and welding, machining process has a certain degree of understanding;
2, skilled use of measuring tools, can according to the product size requirements to select the appropriate measuring tools for measurement;
3. At least 2 years of relevant working experience, with experience in welding of large steel structures and inspection of mechanical products.

1, more than two years of weld NDT field operation experience, familiar with the weld regular NDT method operation skills;
2, with (UT/MT/PT) secondary qualification, internship NDT personnel should have (UT/MT/PT) first-class qualification.

1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical manufacturing, processing related degree;
2, large-scale machinery factory production planning, material management related work experience;
3, good language expression ability and communication ability, with strong organization and coordination ability.

Welder/Riveter

1, under the age of 50 years old; need to hold welder license;
2. Riveters will know mechanical drawings and have working experience in large structural parts;
3. The welder has the experience of large structural parts burning, flaw detection and gouging.

1, can independently identify drawings, independently complete the machining of complex structural parts;
2. Be familiar with the operation of Siemens 840D CNC system and Frank system, with more than three years of experience;
3, can independent manual programming, have the operation of large CNC machine tools work experience, can independently complete the processing.

1, familiar with sheet metal general equipment, have a certain mechanical foundation;
2. Able to read drawings and independently complete plate rolling, bending, leveling, oil pressure or be proficient in a cold work according to drawings;
3. Experience in leveling, cold working and bending of large workpieces in machinery manufacturing enterprises.

1, with special operation certificate, can recognize mechanical drawings;
2. Have working experience in laser blanking and plasma blanking in mechanical manufacturing industry;
3, obey the arrangement, can bear hardships and stand hard work.

1, can independently complete the painting work;
2, familiar with all kinds of common defects of spray paint, understand dust scraping, polishing;
3, have large mechanical products painting work experience, will use airless spray gun.

1. Basic welding experience, operating welding robot;
2, skilled robot programming and equipment maintenance and maintenance;
3. Understand the welding requirements and welding parameters.
 

1, can use the sand mill, familiar with the mechanical industry structure grinding work;
2, bear hardships and stand hard work, actively cooperate with production needs.

1, with forklift license, on-the-ground driving work experience;
2. Have safe hoisting work experience, be able to select appropriate hoisting tools according to products, be familiar with hoisting equipment operation specifications, and conduct basic spot checks on hoisting equipment;
3, can bear hardships and stand hard work, good health, can adapt to shift.

1. Holders of electrical certificate, with work experience in the same position;
2, can independently check the machine fault, replace the corresponding accessories;
3, have a high maintenance electrician professional knowledge, familiar with safety specifications and operating specifications.
