Environmental impact and measures: the environmental protection settings of 2# plant area have not changed; The adjustment contents of 1# plant area are as follows: 1. Waste water: the cleaning waste water from the cleaning room is recycled for cleaning after being treated by the "air flotation filtration" process. 2, waste gas: mainly paint grinding dust, coating organic waste gas VOCs and hot stove gas waste gas. Dust is discharged from a 15m high exhaust cylinder after being treated by supporting dust removal facilities. Paint organic waste gas is collected by a fan, purified by "filter cotton UV photolysis activated carbon" and discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder. 3, solid waste: mainly for the coating line raw and auxiliary materials packaging and other general industrial solid waste; paint surface grinding dust collection, paint residue, waste paint bucket and waste filter material and other hazardous waste. Except for the containers that can be recycled by the manufacturer, the rest of the hazardous waste shall be handled by qualified units. 4. Noise: noise of main water pumps, fans and other equipment. After the existing wall sound insulation, and take measures such as shock absorption, noise reduction, can effectively reduce the impact of its noise on the surrounding environment.
